This three bedroom / two bathroom terrace house is divided over two floors and has private off-street parking as well as its own garden. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped open plan kitchen – dining room with dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning and smart TV. There is a shower room, storage room and access onto a beautiful garden with barbecue and ample terrace. The private garden is south facing and overlooks the canal and Mediterranean beyond.

Upstairs the accommodation can comfortably sleep 6 guests as there are 2 double rooms and 1 twin bedroom. The bedrooms share a large family bathroom with bathtub. From the main bedroom there is a balcony which runs the width of the property and frames the stunning southerly views which are only topped by climbing up to the large solarium via the spiral staircase in order to catch those last few rays of the day.

The house is part of a development with communal swimming pool, located in front of the main building (Venezia Azul) and is open from June to September, from 10 am to 3pm and from 5pm to 8pm.

LOCATION:

Located in the Northern area of La Manga Strip, around the km. 13/14, between the Estacio Bridge and the light house, overlooking the Canal. For newcomers to the area, the canal is one of the main (there are 2 others) access points for boats to cross between the Mediterranean sea and the Mar Menor.

AREA SERVICES:

Within walking distance there are several bars, a pharmacy, a bakery, supermarket and the Tomas Maestre Marina is just a fifteen-minute walk away. Having a car is recommendable, but not essential, as there is a bus stop just a stone’s throw away. Buses run all year round but with more frequent services laid on during the summer months.
